ArenaDirector

ArenaDirector is show control software for sports venues and arenas. It brings audio, video, LED perimeter boards and score overlays into one workspace, so a single operator can run the whole show from a computer screen or a hardware controller.

You prepare the show in advance as color-coded hot buttons and automated sequences. During the match you fire live cues the moment they are needed, while background programmes and sponsor loops keep playing alongside them.

What it does

  • You lay out the whole event beforehand on pages of hot buttons, then fire goal songs, stings and timeout packages the second they happen.
  • A sequence plays walk-in music or a half-time package cue by cue on its own, so you can keep your attention on the match.
  • Sponsor loops run continuously on the perimeter boards beside the playing area. They stop for a goal and then carry on with the loop, and the schedule does not move.
  • Audio goes to named buses such as the bowl, VIP or concourse, and video to named canvases. One sound can fill the whole bowl while another plays in a single zone.
  • Overlays put a scorebug, a game clock or a sponsor bug over your video. You change their values live from the Live values panel or from controller buttons.
  • When you tag media with a sponsor, ArenaDirector logs each play. You can export the log as a CSV airtime report, as contractual proof of what aired and when.
