Command Your Game Day.
Every Cue, One Keystroke Away.

ArenaDirector syncs audio, video, LED perimeters and score graphics in one interface built for live pressure. One computer, one operator.

Live sports production
should not depend on improvisation

From five apps to one.

From a three-person crew to one operator.

operator One volunteer runs the whole game day, with a Launchpad or Stream Deck at hand.

From four seconds of dead air to none.

of dead air Hot buttons fire instantly, and sponsor loops step aside and resume on their own.

Three steps to a calm game day

1

Prepare your show in advance

Lay out the whole event in advance: hot buttons on color-coded pages, sequences for walk-in and halftime, and sponsor rotations for the perimeter.

2

Fire cues on the fly

Trigger any moment the second it happens — from the on-screen grid, a keyboard or a hardware controller. Every output cuts together and stays in sync.

3

Prove sponsor value with data

Every play is logged — down to the exact exposure of each sponsor's segment in a looping clip. Export a per-sponsor airtime report as CSV: contractual proof of what aired, when.

Full control over everything
your fans see and hear

Every goal song & sting, one tap away

Goal songs, stings, timeout packages — laid out in advance as color-coded buttons on tabbed pages. One press fires sound and video together.

Put walk-ins and halftimes on autopilot

A sequence plays walk-in music or the halftime package on its own, cue by cue, across the destinations you give it.

Sponsor rotations, pixel-exact on your LED perimeter

Model your perimeter board in sections and fold it onto its LED sending card, pixel-exact. Build rotations on a visual timeline with one column per section and couple an item across several sections.

Direct camera feeds straight onto your screens

Bring in a camera, vision mixer or broadcast feed over NDI or SRT and put it on any screen.

Precision sound routing for every zone

Named buses feed the bowl, VIP areas and concourse independently — with per-bus EQ, live meters and headphone pre-listen.

Live scorebugs, frame-synced on every screen

Build a scorebug once, then drive it live from the operator panel: score, clock, period. One venue clock keeps every output on the same time, frame for frame.

Hands on the show, eyes on the game

Bind any action to a Launchpad with LED feedback in your button colors that follows the page on screen, an Elgato Stream Deck or a programmable keypad.

  1. Video screen

Walk-ins, goal clips and a live scorebug overlay: score, clock, period.

  2. LED perimeter boards

Your pre-produced sponsor loop runs as the idle clip or inside a sequence — and steps aside when a goal clip fires.

  3. Hall PA

Goal songs, stings and timeout music, leveled automatically so nothing jumps out.

  4. One volunteer, one laptop

Hot buttons on screen, or on a Launchpad or Stream Deck at the scorer's table.

Built courtside, engineered in Germany

ArenaDirector began at the scorer's table. It was first built by an announcer in top-flight German volleyball who needed one tool for the whole game day. Today it's developed by SEMSIS Solutions in Kelsterbach, Germany, and refined through hands-on testing in real venues. When you get in touch, you talk directly to the person who writes the code.

  • GPU with hardware video acceleration
  • One connected display per output you send
  • Audio interface with several outputs for multi-bus audio

Frequently asked questions

Does it need internet during a match?

No. ArenaDirector checks its license online regularly and then keeps running without restriction for seven days offline. Connect the computer to the internet briefly before game day and the grace period covers the whole event.

What's the catch with the free plan?

There isn't one. The free plan never expires and allows commercial use: one canvas, one audio bus, 64 hot buttons, one sequence. Live output carries an ArenaDirector watermark.

How many displays do I need?

One connected display per output you send. A video canvas plus a perimeter board therefore needs two external displays, because the board's sending card appears to the computer as a screen.

Can I use a hardware controller on the free plan?

No. Hardware controllers such as the Novation Launchpad, Elgato Stream Deck or Preh KeyTec keypads, as well as keyboard control, are available starting with the Audio plan. On the Free plan you fire hot buttons from the on-screen grid.

Does it control lighting rigs (DMX / Art-Net)?

No. ArenaDirector drives screens, LED surfaces and audio. An LED perimeter is driven as a video signal through its sending card — your lighting console stays in charge of the lights.

I use EventMusicMachine 2 — can I bring my setup?

Yes. When you first set up ArenaDirector, it offers to import your EMM 2 slot pages, hot buttons and media library. Your EMM 2 files are never changed. On the Free plan the first page with up to 64 hot buttons is active; every paid plan unlocks all pages.
